Hi, I'm Ned — a Tampa native, Marine Corps veteran, husband, and father of three boys. I was born in Queens, NY and came to Tampa at age 11. This city became home, and after 13 years of serving our country in the Marine Corps, I came back to Tampa to build my life and career here.

During that time, I relocated over 6 times — experiencing firsthand the stress, uncertainty, and logistics of moving, renting, and buying in new cities and markets.
